Project Description
Noodly is a mobile app I designed at the beginning of my second year. It’s a food ordering application, similar to Uber Eats, entirely prototyped in Figma.
Context
As part of the Mobile Application Development course, we had to design a complete application in Figma. This application allows a restaurant to sell its dishes directly to customers using its own delivery service.
Constraints
We had a specifications document with minimal requirements and a list of pages to include, then we had to create an interactive prototype.
Specifications :
-
Allow customers to browse menus, order, customize dishes, pay via various methods, and track delivery in real time, with or without an account.
-
Offer promotions, personalized suggestions (for logged-in users), and order history.
-
Required pages: Home, Product, Order/Payment, Order Tracking, User Profile, Order History.
My Process
I started with inspiration research and competitive analysis. I then studied ergonomic standards, standard dimensions, and ideal spacing for mobile interfaces. I created a “priority guide” to organize information hierarchy, then designed wireframes and finally the final design in Figma. I finished by creating an interactive prototype.
